Thank Daniel but I think that the bug is not the same, because apt process " sudo apt-get install sun-java6-jdk " does not terminate for the unresponsive EULA of sun-java6-jdk locking the terminal. The only way to reuse terminal is to close it and reopen, but the processes that try to update Java Jre don't terminate (see last part of apt-history.log:

if I answhere S (Yes), the process continue and when it try to upgrade sun-java6-jdk, appear the sun EULA asking for OK that I can't give.

Dear Daniel
I am shure that this isn't a duplicate like you think,
because the EULA of sun request for ok to continue but its impossible to
give response at it on the terminal.

Hi people
I have update sun-giava6-jre with System Setting and Control Center > Group "System" > Update Manager .
Update Manager find 20 application at update-upgrade and allowed me to check EULA for java6.
Now all run fine
