The spice package provides libraries used by qemu-kvm and the spicec client to provide improved graphical connections to virtual machines.

This package seems to have much interest, and seems to not intrude on other packages ( outside spice-gtk ). Bug reports will be tracked by ~ubuntu-server once it is sync'd. No intention for it to leave universe at this stage.
