[Thinkpad X220] Trackpad and Touchpoint nonfunctional at boot

Both the trackpad and touchpoint on the system simple do not work on first boot. To resolve the issue, rmmod psmouse, and then modprobe psmouse proto=bare to return functionality to both compontents.
