Bug Description
When I point the mouse and click to where I want to type, nothing happens. There is no cursor indicating that I can type in that spot, or cut and paste.

I am having this problem frequently. After being on a website for a while and then try to type in a new web address, or type something on the web page, or do a search, there is no cursor, and I am unable to do anything. I have to close all browsers and reopen, and that usually resets the cursor.
