Bug Description

Update with update-manager, get a broken package message (e.g. Bug #825786), open details dialog window.
Content can't be viewed sufficiently:
- Description field is too small.
- Scrollbar too big.
- Scrollbar has no beginning and end point to be clicked, when it's taken by mouse and scrolled down it doesn't move up again.
- Dialog freeze during scroll attempt.

Expected.
Details dialog window needs to be larger in order to view error description and to take further necessary actions.
Window needs to be resizable or large enough to view contents.

## The problem seems to be with other dialog windows too. Bug #826328
