apport-collect dialog truncated, unable to view content before upload

Procedure.
Add more information to an existing bug report via apport-collect <bug-number>.
apport-collect dialog is too small and the window can't be resized. No chance to view the content which is about to be uploaded.
Expected.
Dialog window should be larger, like the normal (ubuntu-bug <package>) apport dialog window where contents can be viewed.
Attached apport-collect and normal apport dialog as screenshots for comparison.

Erratum:
Apologize, #4 wasn't apport-collect it was the normal ubuntu-bug dialog window.
