Bug Description

When I first wanted to save a new project, "quickly save" failed:

$ quickly save "First commit"
adding jotty_lib/jotty_extras.py
bzr: ERROR: Unable to determine your name.
Please, set your name with the 'whoami' command.
E.g. bzr whoami "Your Name <email address hidden>"
Es gibt anscheinend keine Änderung zu erfassen.
FEHLER: Befehl save fehlgeschlagen
Wird abgebrochen

I think the tutorial doesn’t mention the requirement of first issuing "bzr whoami", so I’d expect this to be handled by quickly. Quickly could ask me for my name and e-mail, if required.

Additionally, there is a small glitch: the command first prints the "It seems that you have no change to record." message, and then prints the error message. The "no change" message should not be printed.

      - Fix some mistakes in the tutorial (LP: #822972)
      - Don't mix PyGI and PyGObject calls in project code (LP: #840408)
    + common:
      - A lot of string cleanup and translation fixes (Paolo Sammicheli)
      - Updated translations
  * Update packaging to dh8, source format 3.0, and dh_python2
