usb webcam plugged on reboot is primary audio

Bug Description

When my logitech orbit/sphere webcam is plugged on reboot, the primary audio
device is the USB Mixer, with only a microphone. That leave me with no audio output.

Should the modules be loaded in a specific order? The webcam being one of the lasts.

Reopening, since the specific case of USB audio devices is not addressed by the
fix for bug #8050.

Contemporary ALSA modem and TV card drivers refrain from
grabbing index 0; the same solution needs to be applied to USB
webcam drivers.

OK. I assume that changes made to the kernel package are
sent upstream to ALSA?

I am currently not experiencing any problem with the sound card and the usb
webcam plugged in at boot up.
I'm using a recently upgraded breezy.
