Bug Description
1) Windows XP Home Edition. Build 2600.xpsp_
2) Microsoft Office 2007
3) OpenLP 1.9.6
4) Select Theme Manager
Stripes already present on supplied sample theme images.
Click on 'Create a New Theme' in Theme Manager and select an image.
The black stripes appear on selected image.
If the selected image contains text, this is partly obscured by the stripes when the theme is used. It can only be compensated for by overriding the Output Area Locations in Main and Footer areas to 'X' position of at least 120px.

What size is you output as the images are sized at 1024x768 and if the output screen is of a different resolution then a black outline would be visible.
If you resize the images to the size of your display the black line would go away.
Most users seem to use 1024x768 at present.
