Translation server display russian characters with ????

This problem is long-living.
Though no fix yet available.

Just check http://pootle.projecthq.biz/ru/openlp/ru.ts/translate/ (for example).
Russian symbols displayed as ????

The general issue was already fixed (wrong mysql encoding).

However effects of that were not yet fixed.

???? are there because the ru translation on the translation server was not yet recreated since that time.

The fix should be to regenerate ru.ts from trunk and also other messed up translations could be also regenerated.
