Bug Description
I am having issues with usb speed on my Asus G51VX-RX05 laptop. Bios settings have been checked and are not the problem.
All usb device run at 1.5 or 12 Mbps, while my internal 1.3 UVC webcam and both internal sata drivers run at 480 Mbps no problem.
Keyboard runs at 1.5, mouse and external webcam at 12, and also my Creative X-fi 5.1 usb soundcard runs at 12.
This causes issues when running skype and listening to music, as the audio pops and I get mouse lag due to the slow USB speed.
However, USB sticks and external hard drives run at full 2.0 speed.

Generally speaking, keyboard and mouse are implemented as low speed or full speed, soundcards are implemented
as full speed device, since the bandwidth is enough to handle this kind of application.
For webcam, the usb video calsss is implemented as high speed device, but there were still many old cameras
implemented as full speed device, such as many gspca cameras.
