Bug Description

The internal card reader on my Acer Aspire 8943G doesn't work at all with any memory card that I have. Inserting it makes no event and no new entry is written in system log.

According to a Linux thread, I have tried adding mmc_core, mmc_block, sdhci and sdhci_pci into /etc/initramfs-tools/modules and an output appeared in dmesg, however, it still doesn't react at all when I insert a card into the reader.

Using the latest oneiric developement kernel version 3.0.0-12.19, the card reader doesn't work either.
