we should probably drop our distro patch to ship a custom cd image icon in the standard icon theme, if we want one for ubuntu it should rather be added to humanity

I agree, let's rather remove the ubuntu distro patch for x-cd-image.

This bug was fixed in the package gnome-icon-theme - 3.0.0-2ubuntu5

    gnome-icon-theme-extras and we already have it in Humanity.
