No smp kernel installed for hypterthreading CPU

Bug Description

I'm using a P4 with hypterthreading, so AFAIK the ideal kernel to use would be
i686-smp (as Fedora did), but a plain i386 kernel was installed instead.

In Dapper, SMP and non-SMP systems are supported with a single kernel

I just did a breezy->dapper upgrade and the kernel was taken down from a
k7-smp to an i386 (no SMP).

That's a different bug, and most likely not a bug at all. I'm guessing
you don't ahve the linux-k7 metapackage installed.
