demographic needs more fields

Kayode Odusote, do all these bugs need to be fixed? Would you provide the details the way you want them to be? like the religion and maiden name!

Dear All,

As Sovello noticed, the maiden issue had been resolved. The religion
is still outstandind as a drop down list.

I'll go through all the bugs listed by Carl and comment on each one asap.

Dear Carl,

I have updated my site to revision 37 and the administer database list includes religion. However, there is no religion field in the demographic form. Is there any tweaking that I need to do?

Dear Kayode,
Please, try to load the demographic form with apache_tail on. then share the log on pastebin so that I can see the problem.
It works perfectly on my developing machine and in another machine where I have installed the system. you should see it under Birth Town/Village.
Waiting for the report from apache_tail.

There was no apache-tail output to paste. I think this is because
there was no error in loading the page. I attach the screenshot of

The screenshot raises one more issue, i have one more field Birth Town/Village as a free entry text plus the Religion as a drop down. see attachment.
Try updating the site once more and you should get something like one in the snapshot i attached.

Dear Sovello,

From the screen shot, it appears that we have two different
demographic form definitions and I wonder why.

I assumed that bzr update would replace an old version of a form with
the latest version but it does not appear to have happened in this
situation. At no time had I modified the form so I can't explain the
current scenarion,

I have updated to the latest revision on the launchpad made by Sovello
- changed versions of the demographic form. However, the demographic
form on my site remains unchanged. Is there any change required on my
site to make it recognize and use the newer forms?

OK. Try it now. I have updated the module so that the form class for demographic is NMCN_Demographic

Problem solved. With the revision 39, the demographic form displays on
my site as expected with the religion field and the Birth Town/Village
field also displayed.
