Upgrade Alleyoop to 0.9.2

Binary package hint: alleyoop

We have Valgrind 3.2 and Alleyoop 0.9.0 in Feisty. Alleyoop 0.9.1 changed the command line arguments used to work with Valgrind 3.1; 0.9.0 doesn't work with Valgrind >= 3.1.

Please roll Alleyoop 0.9.2 into Universe by Feisty.

Even if only 0.9.2 is advertized on the home page :

    - Updated Maintainer value to match Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec
    - Build-Depends: added libxml-parser-perl.
