Plugin has to be reinstalled each time the computer is restarted

Bug Description

After installing the required plugin my p1005 Laserjet works. However, if the computer is switched off I need to reinstall the plugin after restarting the computer. This only happens with Ubuntu 11.04.

I suspect it is the same bug but I am running Fedora 15 not unbuntu.
I suspect this may be because both distros have replaced sysvinit with systemd.
