Bug Description

when the message windows opens (everytime) it is a little more right than it should, so it falls partly outside the screen

    - Context menu for copying text/URI's (LP: #579275)
    - gwibber-accounts crashed with TypeError in on_button_create_clicked():

    - messages window opens outside screen (LP: #804194)
    - loses some of the messages from the bottom when switching
      views (LP: #812049)
    - service hangs if an avatar isn't obtained (LP: #828142)
