I can confirm that this bug exists in 11.10. The extension is installed but there is no way to see/use it on any of the menus or toolbars.

tried to run apport-collect ... but it says libreoffice package is not
installed so nothing to collect.
So I installed libreoffice package (not installed on a fresh install) and
ran the command.

(reinstalled my system with oneiric 64 bits since the initial bug report)

Now, when the extension is installed, a menu entry appears in tools >
Minimize presentation but when I click, nothing happens ...

I have installed libreoffice-presentation-minimizer extension on ubuntu 12.04 and i didn't have menu options tools -> minimize presentation.

So I ran synaptic package manager and searched for "libreoffice". I have reinstalled all installed packages which were returned by the search, including libreoffice-presentation-minimizer package.

After that tools -> minimize presentation started to work.

Based on dpkg.log the command for reinstallation should be (run from terminal, English version of Ubuntu 12.04) :
