user tags "show my tags" link doesn't work as expected

The link only shows tags from artefacts and views, and doesn't include any tags from previous institution user tags.

By "previous user tags", do you mean "previous institution user tags"?

That would be better wording yes, I have set it up so that it uses previous tags on users in an institution you have adminsitration over.

    Fix bug with show tags for user tags (bug #802309)

    This fix lets both site admins and institutional admins
    view previous tags applied to all users that the current
    user has adminstration rights over.
