Some Installed Dingbat fonts does not appear

[Tested on windows and inkscape 0.48. I can test it on linux if you want]

I am using Dingbat fonts (TTF) massively. and it happens very often that I install the fonts I want and they don't appear in the list of fonts even after restarting inkscape. I am not sure if many Dingbat font use a certain format not supported or harder to support by inkscape. BUt it is very annoying because most dingbat fonts are unique. You need a certain picture in particular that cannot be found elsewhere.

I have included with this post a zip file with 3 dingbat fonts that does not appear in inkscape's font list but that works in other software.

Fixed in the trunk. The font now show in the list.
Remaining issues (with glyph preview) in Bug #165665 “non-Unicode symbol fonts do not work on Windows”.
