For me, this bug doesn't appear in all flash applications, maybe in 40% of them.

Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. Sometimes Firefox profiles can become corrupt and/or extensions can conflict. Could you please try this with a new profile and see if the problem still exists? You do not need to delete your old profile to test. If this helps, you might want to try to disable all your extensions and re-enable them one by one until you find the problematic one.

You can start the profile manager with the following command:
firefox -ProfileManager

Changed in firefox (Ubuntu):

Thank you for your attention. I tried to create a new profile for Firefox with ProfileManager and disabled all extensions and plugins except Shockwave Flash. The result was the same: in 40% of flash applications gaps appear.

The flash applications that are incorrectly opened in Firefox are correctly opened with Chromium browser.

I have a good news. After the last "Beta" update of Flash Player 11 this bug in almost cases disappear for me.
Can anybody test it too? It would be wonderful to leave this problem in the past. P.S. Manual for installation on Ubuntu 11.04 you can find hear http://digitizor.com/2011/07/14/install-64-bit-flash-11-ubuntu-11-04/.
