Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
To reproduce:
1) Open update-manager and some other app (nautilus works).
2) Check for updates, then focus the other app.
3) If updates are available, update-manager will set the blue urgency hint because it is not the focused window
4) Click on update-manager to focus it.
Expected: once focused, the urgency hint disappears.
Instead: the urgency hint stays.
Might be compiz, not unity, but I don't know enough to be able to tell.

That's an issue with update-manager and not Unity. The issue started happening after Michael pushed the UnitySupport branch into Oneiric.
