"Edit content" should appear immediately when clicking on edit

Recently, the change was made to Put the "edit title and description" first in the list so that people don't forget about it ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/761834 ). I think this is good when creating / copying a page via the "Create a Page" / "Copy a Page" buttons. However, when you click on the "Edit" button next to a page (the pencil icon), I expect to be taken to the content editing immediately (doesn't have to be the first tab) because that's what I want to change most frequently and not the title or description. Having this extra click in there is not user friendly, I think.
