marzini david izaguirre molina, thank you for reporting this bug and helping make Ubuntu better. This issue was unreproducible in LibreOffice Base as the Design of Controls Toolbar option was not found. What specific steps does one take to get to the option that demonstrates this problem?

Changed in libreoffice (Ubuntu):
status: New → Incomplete

marzini david izaguirre molina, this issue is unreproducible via Ubuntu 11.04 (non-Unity) LibreOffice Base. I created a new database then clicked Forms -> Create Form in Design Mode -> View -> Toolbars -> Form Controls unchecking it made the bar disappear, checking it made it appear. Does this work for you?
