Hi,
  Can you provide some details please;
1) Is this just printing from evince (that I see in some of your headers) or generally from any program?
2) What is the printer model/type?
3) Does the 'Print Test page' work on the Printer Properties setting window?

Dave

affects: ubuntu → evince (Ubuntu)
Changed in evince (Ubuntu):
status: New → Incomplete

I tried print test page but it wasn't print out (but the printer status said

Thanks
