[Thinkpad Edge E420s] Bluetooth is nonfunctional

One more system that is unable to use bluetooth. The applet is grayed out and bt preferences shows a huge "Turn on Bluetooth" button.

Although from a fresh install this is not enabled on first boot, toggling the wireless hotkey can allow bluetooth to become functional.

Marc -- Can you post logs of bluetooth being enabled after you cycle the wireless hotkey?

Marc -- let's also give this a try on 2.6.38-10 and 2.6.38-11 in -updates to see if this behaviour continues.
