current king & Queen link displaying baronial reigns

Background - this is the first time we have had current B&B reigns entered in the database.

The current king & Queen link:
http://www.sca.org.au/canon/reign.php?show=current&init=Lochac
is linking to the B&B of Ildhafn.

Teffania had mistakenly made the end date of the current K&Q as 2 june, meaning canon lore had no current K&Q entered. She has now corrected this to 2 July, but the link has not changed to the K&Q, instead it remains the B&B of Ildhafn.

The B&B Ildhafn are the most recently invested B&B (the one with the latest start date as all current have no end date). They are not the highest record number. I presume this is how cnon lore decides who the current K&Q are in a case of ambiguity: it chooses the most recently invested reign from any division of lochac. Obviously this needs to be corrected to be only lochac central, not any of it's subdivisions.

GetCurrentReign in php/canon-regin.php simply returns the first reign it finds that contains today's date. There's no filtering on branch.

Well that would be the problem then. Can we please have it filtered
by date, since the placement on menu on the Lochac award database and
the use of the word reign (tenure fro B&B's) implies it should be the
K&Q of Lochac.
