This looks like it's in a threading test (t/binding/038-lock_free_registry.t).

strace shows that all the sleeps are turning into nanosleep({2147483647, 0}, ...), which would explain why it doesn't terminate in time.

Actually just some of the sleeps, and the problem is that this buildd is too slow so the target time ends up being before some of the threads manage to start. Increasing the target time from 0.5 seconds after the mark to 2.5 seconds fixes the test.
