Bug Description
When installing a primary backend without frontend, the "MythTV service" flag should be default set to true, I can't see any situation where the user want a primary backend setup with no remote access, or not accessible like when selecting second backend setup.
Further more the "MythTV service" flag only seem to effect the MySQL setup to run on the network cards IP. But Myth backend is no matter which stage the "MythTV service" flag is set in always running on 127.0.0.1.
