Bug Description
As reported here http://
"Enabling remote SQL access in the MySQL section of Myth Control Centre was the ticket. I don't know why it was not being enabled by default for a Primary Backend-only install"
Makes sense to be enabled by default on Primary backend only systems.

Further more the "MythTV service" flag only seem to effect the MySQL setup to run on the network cards IP.
But Myth backend is no matter which stage the "MythTV service" flag is set in always running on 127.0.0.1.
