Bug Description

At the moment, to search by song book, number, I'm having to add that information to the song title.

It would be nice to be able to search and select directly by song book/number.

We have three song books that our churches songs come from and the musician seem to have the numbers down to refer to a song. This is neede as there are duplicate titles that refer to different songs.

We also have multiple song books and encounter duplicate (or more) titles for different songs. Like S. Scudder, we are adding the book and number to the title. We put it at the end of the title so as not to affect the alphabetical sequence. But since we have a few thousand songs, this will be a long and gradual process. The request is a good one.

I've been putting the songbook+number (i.e. HCC384) as the alternative title, which comes back in the search results.

To do them all quickly, I exported all the songs and wrote a script to add the alternative title tags automatically to the XML files, then deleted and reimported the songs into OpenLP.

Another useful thing in this vein would be that the list of songs can be filtered by song book - ie, in my church we use Mission Praise and Hyms & Psalms, and are working to having quite a selection from both (including different versions of the same songs) as well as a number from Songs of Fellowship - again, with different versions of the same hymns. At the moment, there seems to be little use for the 'Song Book' feature of OpenLP!
