Adding an "Open package..." option to the menu "File".

Bug Description

software-center 4.0.1, Ubuntu 11.04

It's not bug but a request. I know that you may open DEB packages if Ubuntu Software Center is associated to the DEB mime type, just with a double-click on the file. However, I believe that it would be desirable to have such option from the Software Center menu itself.
