jockey shows current-nvidia driver installed but not in use

I discove an issue after a fresh clean install of LinuxMint 11 RC. Jockey shows the information, that the current nvidia-driver is activated but not in use. This is conflicting to the information of nvidia-settings. There the driver is said to be used in version 270.41.06. Server version is shwon with version 11.0. Also the Thermal-settings in nvidia-settings show a plausible temperature of 52 degrees. So why are these informations so different to each other??

And what I would like to know: is the nvidia-driver now used or not?? This is an irritating message in some way. And what I would like to know: is this a problem of the nvidia-driver or is this a jockey-problem? Because a very similar bug is already launched in Ubuntu. I would be thankful for a clearing information.

i opened this bug, because I wasn't able to mark this other bug affecting LinuxMint too. LinuxMint isn't in the list there. Could you add LinuxMint to the list in the other bug please?? And what is also true: this bug does not only affect Ubuntu and LinuxMint but also other Distros based on ubuntu likeLubuntu, Xubuntu, Fedora and others... So this is not a ubuntu-specialized bug.
