Personally added icons in Launcher not always repeatable at startup

A number of icons have been dragged to Launcher from Applications and partially re-ordered to match usage. About half the time at startup, restart or otherwise, some of the added icons do not appear and those which do are re-ordered. The same problem seems to plague Weather-Indicator, although the appearances do not necessarily happen concurrently. Actually, Weather-Indicator also sometimes just disappears mid-session, so this may be an entirely different bug!

This resembles bug 769319. Is libdconf0 installed? If so, at what version? (One way to find this out is to run "apt-cache policy libdconf0".

If it is not installed, please try installing it to see if that fixes this problem.
