Bug Description

Binary package hint: aptdaemon

I'm running 11.04 on an asus T101MT. When I was running 10.10 the touch screen worked correctly.
After the 11.04 upgrade, the touch screen would not reorient (i.e. touchrotate inverted would rotate the display, but the touchscreen input would not rotate). I added the repository ppa:plippo/t101mt and followed the procedure described in
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/T101MT, but errors were reported. I've tried to remove and reinstall the packages, but
removal of eeepc-brightness-workaround and eeepc-powersave cannot be done. It crashes the GUI (hence this error report).
I believe the eeepc-touchscreen package is not supported by ubuntu, but since I have the opportunity to report the crash of
the ubuntu software GUI.
