Allow localization of untranslatable RSS feed string

Please allow translation of RSS feed title string. namely:
"Upcoming Meetings for %s" (%s = team)

The "When" string seems to be translated, so the infrastructure is apparently there.

Fixed to description and title and separated the other issue to bug #779853.

For example any team meeting RSS that has future events so that RSS is not empty:

http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/ubuntu-uk/rss/

For me, that shows:

"Upcoming Events for Ubuntu UK

Milloin: Su, 24 heinäkuu 2011 10:00 - 17:00 +0000 | Missä: British Library
    | Description: We are off to see...."

ie. When is translated as Milloin and Where as Missä, but "Upcoming Events for %s" (and Description) is untranslated.

This has been fixed and it's in trunk now.
