Sorry for the wrong intermediate bug status change...
I don't know even if it is right that I can change the bug status to "Confirmed"; maybe it should be a maintainer prerogative.
However... I can say that it is confirmed :) because of no traces of dcmtk 3.6.0-2 in http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/d/dcmtk/

This bug simply means that NO ONE can install aeskulap on natty via Ubuntu Software Center & co.

There are no significant changes in dcmtk 3.6.0-2 so we can presumably just make it depend on dcmtk >= 3.6.0.
