Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

i can't install ubuntu 11.04 on my PC , every time that i try to run install program of ubuntu, this one answer me with a message box with wrote that a determinate file ( i don't remember wich) cannot be copy and the application crash.. i try this operation lots of time but with the same result...
i also send you the bad notification, it says:

"there is an error to copy the file into hard drive. error number 5 Input/Output error"

i think that this error cannot be caused by my hard drive or my optical cd-drive and so on... because if i try to install ubuntu 10.10, the installation will be installed with successfully.
