Depends on python2.6

zdaemon was not rebuilt after python2.7 transition, and because it installs a versioned script, it depends on python2.6, one of the last packages to do so.

Several similar bugs, e.g. LP: #761680, were fixed before release, only zdaemon is left.

The fix removes a target from debian/rules, that copied /usr/bin/zdaemon to /usr/bin/zdaemon2.6 and changes its interpreter to /usr/bin/python2.6.

So /usr/bin/zdaemon is not touched and uses /usr/bin/python.

SRU verification for Natty:
I have reproduced the problem with zdaemon 2.0.4-3 in natty and have verified that the version of zdaemon 2.0.4-3ubuntu1 in -proposed fixes the issue. python2.6 is not installed and zdaemon works as expected.
