I can confirm the bug report.

Release: 11.04 Natty Narwhal (clean install)
Evolution: 2.32.2

At first, the setup assistant worked for me and I didn't realize any problem. I managed to create an account and evolution was sending-receiving e-mails as it should do. Then, for some reason I removed my account and it was the only account on Evolution so setup assistant was launched again when I attempted to open Evolution to create a new account. This time, I faced the bug described in the original report. Restarting X, reboot, complete removal of evolution, evolution common and evolution exchange packages and reinstalling them didn't make any difference. I tried to do the task both on Unity and Classical interfaces; nothing changed.
