Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
I am upgrading from Ubuntu 10.10 to 11.04 and the update-manager failed with the following error message:
"After your package information was updated the essential package 'ubuntu-minimal' can not be found anymore"

This does not reproduce on every computer, I have successfully upgraded my computer from 10.10 to 11.04. The cause needs further investigations. Also not that bug #464064 seems very similar, only that was reported at a lucid->maverick upgrade.
