Mockup and develop new search results screen

Get with Nat before he leaves on Thursday and make sure there is final agreement about what goes in the first rollout of searchresults. Then, implement it.

Putting this in M54 (first week of May) so Robert has a full week to wrap it up for testing the following week.

Sorry bout that. The KARL Core Team wiki has a roadmap:

That document needs to be cleaned up. Since I take it that Robert won't have time to do it, I'll clean it up.

Question: If a new search term is entered, should the knob values be retained or should they be reset?

Just checked our search overlord's UI for comparison and they retain, so let's retain. Ditto for tags and author. Everything *between* "facets" is cumulative, within is exclusive.

Known style issues:

- The left-hand column extends...forever.

- The knobs bounce around a little as you select them (need better padding.)

- The pagination box is dorked up now that it doesn't have the full width of the area.

- Probably need to refactor some styling.
