Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
1. Install Ubuntu 10.10.
2. Run "update-manager -c -d".
3. Advance to the "Do you want to start the upgrade?" step.
4. Expand the lists of packages to be removed, installed, etc.
What you see: The packages are in seemingly random order.
What you should see: The packages are in alphabetical order.
