Could you please download you crash report, run

apport-retrace -d [filename]

and resubmit it. Instructions can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport

I am working my way though all of the firefox issues reports and don't have enough bandwidth to download/upload them all myself;(

I made "apport-retrace -d [filename]" on my crash report and the system return

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/apport-retrace", line 189, in ?
    debug_dir = prepare_debugdir(report, options.cache_dir)
  File "/usr/bin/apport-retrace", line 147, in prepare_debugdir
    needed_deps.add((pkg, dependency_versions[pkg]))
KeyError

So I also made a "apport-unpack" and I send the file call Registers on which I saw a segemntation fault

I hope I helped you and if I can do something else ...

Thanks for trying to run apport-retrace. It is undergoing pretty heavy development. I've filled a bug against apport.

Can you attach the StackTrace and the ThreadStackTrace apport files you got when you unpacked it.

Is this still an issue for you? We are trying to trying sort out the older Mozilla issues and would like to know if this still happens.

Sorry for the delay...
Well, it's still happenning: sometime it opens the page normaly, sometime it
crashes
