RFE: Make it possible to step through found Python errors

Right now, the first discovered error repeatedly shows a popup. It would be helpful if the popup merely stayed in place (to not be distracting with its motion) as long as errors are found and allowed stepping through the found errors.

You can press F2 to step through the errors. The error message system is intentionally designed to be distracting/annoying.

Yeah, but it's not in a helpful way right now. Having the error I'm trying to fix disappear and then reappear a few seconds later doesn't help me fix it. I'd rather have it pop up and stay there until it detects that the problem's gone.

In build 964 the message bar now stays put until the error is gone.
