Appearance preferences shows the themes having buttons on the right

Appearance preferences shows the themes having buttons on the right. This should be changed to the left now, since ubuntu by default has the buttons on the left.

Shouldn't it be changed to accurately reflect the user's setting regardless of if it's the default?
