Bug Description

reported via RT:

Hi,

One of Oxfam KARL users reported an issue with adding links to KARL as in
the attachment and below email.

"Hello,
I am trying to add a link to Wiki text in KARL using the link button but
it doesn't seem to be working. The link pop-up box isn't displaying
correctly (see attached screenshot), even if I insert the correct
information the link won't save. To get round this I am inserting the code
into the HTML. Please could you look into the problem for me.
Many thanks,
Helen "

The problem can be recreated. The add/edit link button on any of the pages using the tinymce box is greyed out and does not
work. This is also the case on http://karl.soros.org.

I'm re-assigning to JimP, as I can't recreate this. The link box works fine for me on karl.soros.org. Can you give me more detail about what browser, username you were using, and what wikipage URL doesn't work?

Paul,

Maybe I am not using the edit correctly but look at this url https://karl.soros.org/communities/tester/wiki/front_page/edit.html
The edit/insert link button is greyed out and it happens on all browsers in production karl and new production karl..

You have to select some text before the link button appears. For example, double click on a word.

Jim/Jim, can you let Oxfam know that the problem is actually related to not using the editor correctly?
