Gnome-settings-daemon should set icon/accessible descriptions for app indicators.

Recent additions to the app indicator API allow applications to set accessible/icon descriptions for indicators. It would be useful if the many indicators that gnome-settings-daemon uses were extended with accessible/icon descriptions.

the bug lacks a bit description, I changed set_icon to set_icon_full with a _("Keyboard") in the vcs but feel free to do extra tweaks if that's not good enough
