global menu bar is not displayed properly

Bug Description

When I open applications in unity, global menubar is not displayed properly. This is random behaviour and it appears often. Please find the screen shots attached along with this bug report.

I'm using natty alpha 3 64 bit OS with intel CPU and mother board. I'm not having any external graphics card.
DG31PR mother board.

I'm not having any external graphics card. I'm using intel's built-in
default graphics.

By the way,
I have updated my natty, and the problem no longer exists now.

I'm not able to reproduce the problem with recent updates to kernel and xorg
drivers.

I wasn't correctly clearing the background before in the panel and added that a few weeks back so I believe that's why it's fixed for you.
